BODYART… „When power meets consciousness”
These days, more and more people are looking for alternative movements that will free them from everyday stress, but at the same time they are looking for a complex workout in which the muscles regain their flexibility and the body relives its functionality.
In terms of its movement material, BODYART takes its main elements from yoga, to which it assigns elements known from physiotherapy, the Japanese Do In, to which it connects several special breathing techniques, thus ensuring complete harmony between the combined effect of training and relaxation.
BODYART is, in addition to conscious training, the harmony of the trinity of body, soul and spirit.
The success of BODYART lies in the fact that the application of the aforementioned movement system provides a complete and complex workout, the effect of which can only be achieved with this system.
Its effectiveness is unique!
The movement material, interspersed with static and dynamic strength elements, contains plenty of stretching and relaxation exercises, which have a positive effect on shortening and weakening, prone muscles, and the muscles and joints of the entire human body. Each exercise requires controlled and conscious execution, which is helped by the use of special breathing. BODYART training develops flexibility, strength – and last but not least, endurance, stamina, sense of balance, stability, patience, awareness, skills and abilities that are the inevitable foundations of harmonious movement and conscious existence!
The bodyART™ concept offers such a conscious, precise, attentive to every detail, complete training, which was born from the joint work of Robert Steinbacher and Alexa Lé for many years.
In Hungary, the representative of the BODYART concept is Andrea Kárpáti Zöld.
