Level 1
BODYART Basic
The BODYART Basic class provides an effective workout by alternating dynamic and static execution of strength and awareness, yoga-inspired and therapeutic exercises. Its goal is for each participant to master the correct technical execution of the basic exercises and develop body awareness. The class teaches the importance of concentration, movement and harmony of breathing, and this forms the basis for the BODYART Dynamic, Stretch and Flow class types.
BODYART Basic Refresher
This training is recommended for those who already have the BODYART Basic qualification, but their license has expired or who want to refresh their knowledge.
Level 2 Advanced – Classic Modules
BODYART Teaching Tools
If you are looking for new ideas and inspiration for your BODYART classes, the Teaching Tools workshop will help you deepen the concept and develop your teaching skills. Completing/downloading the training will extend your license and allow you to further develop yourself as a BODYART instructor in two days.
Prerequisite: International BODYART Instructor (Level 1). Duration: 2 days.
Description: This workshop offers you the opportunity to deepen your already acquired BODYART knowledge and take the quality of your classes to a new level. The workshop focuses on a deeper understanding of the energy phases and their delivery through verbal instruction. It explores the background of energy phases 1, 2 and 3 in more detail and helps you learn new variations for more effective teaching.
During the workshop you will get answers to the following questions:
- Why is DEEPWORK (cardio unit) integrated into a BODYART class?
- How can you improve your technique?
- How can you deepen the effectiveness of static exercises?
- How can you get participants to participate with maximum effort, without under- or overloading them?
- How to teach calmness at the end of the class?
- How to work with a camera (online)?
The emphasis is on teaching verbal instructions, using a logical form that helps regulate the intensity, focus and level of the classes. The work is based on answering the questions „what, when and why” at the local level, which helps you discover and develop your own technique, personal approach and credibility as a BODYART instructor.
Content:
- Practical and theoretical development of masterclasses (including technical training).
- Verbal BODYART teaching techniques.
- Self-training.
- Deepening technical instructions.
- Teaching with a camera.
Outcome: The aim of the module is to be able to give clear and understandable verbal instructions, i.e. „say a lot with a few words”. The feedback serves to improve verbal and visual teaching techniques.
Advantage: The entire workshop focuses on verbal instructions. You can apply the learned logical formula to every BODYART class, which is also useful for your personal development.
Target group: All BODYART participants.
BODYART Dynamic
BODYART Dynamic is the most intense of the BODYART trainings. Here, static or dynamic basic positions are transformed into a dynamic sequence of movements with the help of breathing, opening up new dimensions for the trainer and the participant. It simultaneously introduces the magic of smoothly changing positions and shows the experience of one’s own limits. The essence of Dynamic is conscious and continuous movement, the synergy of strength and breathing.
BODYART Flow I.
Life and energy are always in motion. This module answers the question of how harmonious Flow is achieved in BODYART class.
BODYART Stretch
BODYART Stretch is a consciously structured training that combines the harmony of energetics and breathing in holistic positions. It requires a higher level of class leadership, which ensures the achievement of dynamic meditation for the participants. The alternation and combination of dynamic and static stretching exercises ensures the effect of the training.
